Sustainability plays a central role in our company. We see the strong increase in sustainability awareness as a great opportunity to redesign previous solutions in the industry and replace them with more sustainable ones.
We deal with products from the field of linear technology, which have great potential in terms of sustainability, and as a company we make every effort to keep our ecological footprint as small as possible.
We live sustainability. Starting with a more environmentally friendly production and the very long use of the guides with their unique selling propositions to the recycling of the guide after use in the machine or device.

Sustainability in the production of the basic components and in transport
We take great care to ensure that the materials we use to manufacture our systems are produced with as few CO2 emissions as possible and appreciate the short distances to our suppliers.
In addition, the guide rail can easily be made in several parts. This means that even very long systems can be sent in sections by parcel service and do not have to be transported as long freight by lorry.
Sustainability in use
A longer use of the materials aluminium and steel saves a lot of energy and thus considerable CO2 emissions. In case of an upcoming revision, the complete track roller guide does not have to be replaced, because our patented track roller guide has a unique selling point that helps to save large amounts of CO2 emissions. After a few simple steps, the customer can have a guide rail as good as new – without new parts and costs.
In addition, the roller guide has excellent smooth running. This means that only a low drive power is required. This means smaller motors with lower energy consumption.
We are also constantly working on improving our energy efficiency in our production process by identifying potential savings and continuously checking the energy requirements of the production process in the surrounding area.
Sustainability after end of life
Aluminium can be recycled almost indefinitely. Therefore, it is important that the material remains pure in its composition and can always be removed from a compound without any problems. Disposal should be easy for the customer and must be able to be carried out with a clear conscience.
In the case of HUETHERTECH’s multi-part track roller guide, the shafts are firmly fixed in the aluminium profile by means of a screw connection. At the end of the system’s service life, this connection can be loosened again to recycle the pure materials.
